The parks in London are beautiful and breathtaking, some say they are among the most spectacular parks in the world.
It is hard to believe that parks and open space account for nearly 30% of the area in London.

Knightsbridge and Kensington
Renowned for being the most stylish part of London, Kensington and Knightsbridge is home to many nations embassies. It is also home to Kensington Palace, some of the most luxurious shops in the capital such as Harrods and Harvey Nichols and some of Londonís best museums.

How to get there.

The best tube station to get off if youíre planning to visit the areas museums is the South Kensington, use the underpass to avoid the busy roads. If on the other hand you are intend doing a little retail therapy at Harrods of Harvey Nicholos then you need to get off at the Knightsbridge tube station. Kensington and Knightsbridge area is served by the No14 and No 74 buses.
 
What to see at Knightsbridge and Kensington.

If you are looking for open space and greenery in the capital head for Hyde Park, the park is using by many different people for main different reasons. Early in the morning you are sure to find joggers stretching there legs. Latter in the day you will find people roller blading and on fine day many relax in the park by enjoying the sun well sitting on a deck chair. The London home of Princess Diana, Kensington Palace (Kensington Gardens. Tel 020 7376 2858). Most will remember the Palace for the sea of flowers left by mourners after the Princess untimely death.

One attraction that should be a must for any visitor to London is the Natural History Museum (Cromwell Road. Tel 020 7942 5000), this is a great museum for young and old and is so large to see everything you must put aside a whole day. Two other museums which offer a great day or half day out are the Science Museum (Exhibition Road. Tel 020 7942 4000) and the Victoria and Albert Museum (South Kensington. Tel 020 7942 2000).
