This is an outstanding, historic hotel which was built in 1740 and has breathtaking views over the River Thames. The views of the River Thames from many of the bedrooms are breathtaking, especially on a summer's evening when the sun goes down. The rooms are furnished to a very high standard and provide many amenities for you to enjoy your stay including colour TV, Internet access and telephone. The more expensive rooms are ideal for families as there are sofa beds which can be used. This hotel is the perfect choice for a wedding reception and the views would certainly make a good backdrop for any wedding photographs. There is a small, private garden suite which can hold up to about 25 guests, perfect for a small meeting or get together.
