The hotel is in an ideal location, not only for Heathrow airport but for London and Windsor. Heathrow airport is only quarter of an hour away, making this a good choice of accommodation if you need a one night stop over before your next flight or if you need a longer stay. The hotel has 94 rooms, which are very nicely decorated and all rooms are en suite with various facilities to make your stay a comfortable one. Business guests can use the meeting rooms available, these can accommodate up to 130 people.

The hotel has 94 rooms, all of which are en suite and have a wide range of amenities including television, movies, trouser press, iron with ironing board, modem port, desk and lamp, hairdryer and telephone. All the rooms are easily accessible by the hotel lift. The front reception desk is manned all day and night, this is where you can hire a safety deposit box, exchange currency or talk to a member of the hotel staff and ask them questions you may have. Children are more than welcome at the hotel and all the staff have a child friendly attitude. If you need a high chair or crib please ask, these are available by asking for them at reception.
The hotel has its own restaurant on site, Aintree Restaurant, which serves outstanding cuisine and was awarded the RAC Dining Award in previous years. Specialities to tantalize your tastebuds include lamb racks roasted with garlic, grilled turbot and tiger prawns. Breakfast is served in the restaurant between the hours of 7am and 10am, there is a choice of either buffet style or the traditional full English. Lunch is served between 12 noon and 3pm, table d'hóte and dinner between the hours of 5pm and 10pm - a la carte menu.

Windsor Castle, Legoland and Chessington World of Adventures are just a few kilometres away. The hotel is very accessible by London transport, there are three tube stations within walking distance, Hounslow Central 0.90km, Hounslow West 1.1km and Osterley 1.6km. For guests arriving by car, the nearest motorway is the M4, take the exit at junction three. London Heathrow is approximately 5.6km away, take the Piccadilly Heathrow line from the airport to Osterley. The Hounslow West bus/coach station is only 1.6km away for those guests arriving by coach.
