Hotel Introduction
This is a new 5 star luxurious hotel which opened its doors for business for the first time in March 2004.Situated in a prime location in Kensington,Central London, the hotel has fantastic views of Kensington Palace. The Royal Albert Hall is right next to this hotel and many of London's tourist attractions are just a short walk away including Hyde Park, Harrods and the British Airways London Eye. The rooms are very luxurious and even have wall mounted plasma screens with over 100 downloadable movies plus unlimited broadband access. The hotel really does set new standards for hotel accommodation and incorporates some new ideas, never seen before - there are IT Butlers on hand to cater for business people who have daily meetings and schedules to maintain while stopping at the hotel!!
The staff are very friendly and approachable and will give you the kind of service you expect from a top quality hotel. The hotel attracts business guests and tourists alike because of its prime Central london location - if you are coming to London and want to treat yourself to a bit of luxury, this is the place to stay!
Hotel Facilities
All of the 68 rooms are en suite and are decorated to a fabulously fantastic standard. The list of room features is unbelievable and includes such things as wall mounted plasma TV, free downloadable movies and music tracks, free unlimited broadband access, free wireless Internet access, tea/coffee making facilities, wake up calls, mineral water and fresh fruit, newspaper, minibar, cd player, luxury bathrobes and direct dial telephone to name just a few. All of the rooms are accessible by the hotel lift and are fitted with security chains on the doors and smoke detectors. The hotel has a full floor of no smoking rooms available - please ask at the time of booking. Each of the rooms has an expresso coffee maker and a butler service is available.
Children and babies are welcome at the hotel - there are a number of facilities available for children including cots/cribs, baby sitting service, high chairs, childrens menus in the restaurant and the staff and hotel policies are geared towards having a very positive attitude to the younger guests.
There is a 24 hour porter service and the front desk is manned 24 hours - this is where you can hire a safety deposit box for those valuables and use the other services available including post/parcel service, left luggage/storage, express checkout, currency exchange, dry cleaning service and travel reservation service.
For those who want to pamper themselves there is a spa where guests can treat themselves to a facial treatment, have a massage, relax with aromatherapy or have a stylish haircut or get their nails manicured.

The restaurant in the hotel is called the Brunello Restaurant - this serves delicious cuisine that will excite your tastebuds - such exciting recipies as cured pork with marinated figs and crayfish with watercress and mango. The more traditional cuisine is also served here and the restaurant has a large selection of fine wines. Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 06.00am and 10.00am and is a choice of buffet style or full english. Lunch is served between 12.00 noon and 14.00 pm and Dinner is served between 19.00pm and 23.00pm. There is also a cafe and a lounge bar where you can relax with a long cool drink or meet up with colleagues and friends. The restaurant is open to patrons and non patrons.There is 24 hour room service available, which will allow you to enjoy the same quality food that is served in restaurant.
